Terms of Service

What Ansaur is

Ansaur is an SEO research desk for creators. We find real search questions in your niche, show monthly search volumes, check whether you already rank, and surface gaps worth answering. We run third-party keyword and SERP research on your behalf. We are not a content generator, not a link-building scheme, and not a guarantee that any page will hit position one.

Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, tell us immediately at kamphey+ansaur@gmail.com.

One person or team per account unless your plan explicitly allows otherwise. Do not share login details in public channels.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service or put other users at risk.

Plans, credits, and billing

Paid plans and top-ups are billed through Stripe. Prices and included credits are shown on our pricing page at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Top-up credits are consumed as you run research scouts and related jobs.

Keyword data costs real money upstream. Credits exist so research stays predictable for you and sustainable for us. Unused monthly credits may not roll over unless your plan says otherwise.

Refunds are handled case by case. If something went wrong on our side (a failed scout that still charged credits, a double charge, and similar), email us and we will make it right.

Research data and accuracy

Search volumes, rankings, and SERP snapshots come from third-party providers and change over time. Google moves the ground under everyone's feet. Ansaur gives you the best available snapshot at the moment of the run, not a promise that tomorrow's SERP will look the same.

Treat our output as a field map, not a prophecy. You still decide what to publish and how to optimize it.

Your content and our service

You keep ownership of the URLs, notes, and content you bring into Ansaur. We need a limited license to process that material so we can run research, display results in your dashboard, and improve the product. We do not claim ownership of your articles, videos, or brand.

The Ansaur name, mascot, interface, and underlying software remain our intellectual property. Please do not copy our branding or imply partnership without permission.

Disclaimer

Ansaur is provided "as is." We work hard to keep the research desk accurate and online, but we do not warrant uninterrupted service, error-free data, or specific SEO outcomes. Ranking is a competitive sport. Even the best keyword map does not guarantee traffic, revenue, or that your niche will stay quiet forever.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ansaur and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (lost revenue, lost rankings, lost sleep before a launch) arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including third-party service outages, internet failures, natural disasters, labor disputes, or government actions.

Termination

You may stop using Ansaur at any time. You can cancel a subscription through your account or by contacting us. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or remain inactive for an extended period, with notice when practical.

After cancellation, paid access continues until the end of the current billing period. We may delete inactive account data after a reasonable retention period.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms. Material changes to paid plans will be communicated in advance when possible.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable where Ansaur operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute arises, contact us first. Most problems are faster to solve over email than in a courtroom.
